Building and Refurbishment Services:

We offer numerous building maintenance services through our small works department, which includes Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Electrics and Gas etc. and we undertake also full Refurbishments to a very good standard.

We are a member of the UK Trades Confederation to bring all our clients peace of mind that you are choosing a fully competent contractor. We do not choose to promote this area of our business to heavily as we are often kept busy by our existing clients and recommendations.
Our rates are in-line with any of our more respected competitors, and we can often beat quotes with out the need to use inferior labour or materials.

Our Clients: We work for numerous clients including home owners/buyers, insurance assessors, estate agents, as well as regular contracts with other commercial organizations and high street shops etc. We can undertake all insurance works upon request, as we are trained in validating claims on behalf of numerous coporate clients within the insurance industry. We are also seeking to expand our client list to include local well known establishments such as churches and schools etc. where we would offer a discounted rate where possible.

Our Works: We undertake our works using only top quality time served tradesman, with most of our contracts ranging £100 to £200,000. We can supply you with a full 30-Year Insurance backed guarantee for damp-proofing and timber preservation and a 10-Year Guarantee for our specialist below ground tanking and membrane installations.

We also work in accordance with BWPDA Regulations and also abide by the guidelines set out by the UK Trades Confederation for which we are a fully vetted member for your protection.
