About Our Surveys:
Our specialist Damp-Proofing and Timber Preservation surveys are undertaken by our fully approved local surveyors. We cover most areas for our damp and timber surveys in and around the London, Kent and Essex area's, for which we supply you with a full professional report.
Our full written reports can be used as part of your mortgage lenders agreement, as well as for re-mortgaging as with any other reasons that you may require them. Our surveys include diagnostics for problems such as rising damp causes and cures, wood boring insect identification, basement restoration and specialist re-plastering etc...
Our surveys are Free in certain local areas so if you call our office and we can get full details of your requirements and let you know if you would qualify for a Free Survey although there would be some charges if a full report is required.
We can also undertake a full property inspections when you decide to purchase a property for things such as roofs, Gutters, internal decorations and external repairs including structual repairs etc. We could provide you with a estimated cost prior to you completing on the property through our building and refurbishment department, and there would be a £100 charge for such surveys for which you may then use to get the value of the property decreased which could potentially save £1,000's.
